Brazilian Style Suco De Abacaxi Cocktail

  • 1/4 Cup of Brazilian Pitu Cachaca Rum
  • 3 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons Of Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Of Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 Cup Of Crushed Ice
  • 2 Tablespoons Of Organic Bees Honey
  • 1 Pinch Of Fresh Ground Cinnamon

This Brazilian style suco de abacaxi cocktail recipe was submitted to us by Gabriel of Juazeiro do Norte Brazil.
To prepare the beverage, please take out a cocktail shaker. Pour into the shaker the fresh pineapple juice, Brazilian Pitu Cachaca rum, mint leaves, heavy cream, fresh squeezed lime juice, crushed ice, organic bees honey, and fresh ground cinnamon.
Vigorously shake up all of these ingredients until the honey and cinnamon are fully dissolved, and the cocktail is smooth in color.
Pour the liquid into a chilled highball glass wrapped in a napkin. If you are unable to get your hands on some Brazilian brand rum or spirits, then Bacardi will work great with this recipe as well.
