This Bacardi 151 rum pineapple juice cocktail is one heck of a good drink. To begin the recipe first you will need to take out a metal cocktail shaker.

Add into the shaker the Bacardi 151 proof rum, fresh homemade pineapple juice, DeKuyper peach pucker schnapps, fresh squeezed lime juice, and Montecristo spiced rum.

Seal the vessel and then shake the contents vigorously until the drink is completely blended together. Once you are done mixing, place six ice cubes in a highball drink glass, and then pour the drink over the ice very slowly.

Garnish the cocktail with a single Maraschino cherry with it's stem intact. This recipe is very flexible, so please feel free to play around with the ingredient proportions.
