  • 1 Whole Peeled Banana
  • 1 Cup Of Organic Quick Rolled Oats
  • 1 Teaspoon Of Organic Bee Pollen Granules
  • 1 Cup Of Crushed Ice (Optional Garnish)

Preparation instruction

To begin this recipe, you will first need to take out your blender and plug it in.
Next add into the blender the sliced whole peeled banana, one cup of rolled oats, bee pollen, and the fresh pineapple juice.
Depending on how thick you like your smoothie, feel free to adjust your pineapple juice proportions accordingly.
Now that your ingredients have been added, pulse your blender until you have a creamy and consistent smoothie.
As an optional garnish, you can add a cup of crushed iced to this recipe.
