  • 1 Cup Of Raw Uncooked Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Of Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Of Crushed Ice
  • 1/8 Cup Of Raw Unsalted Walnuts
  • 1 Pinch Of Fresh Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Of Fresh Ground Nutmeg

To get started, please take out your blender and plug it in. Add into the blender the raw uncooked rolled oats, raw unsalted walnuts, fresh ground nutmeg, and fresh ground cinnamon.
Puree these dry ingredients together until they form a fine ground powder.
Next add in the vanilla yogurt, pineapple juice, crushed ice, and blueberries.
