To get started, please take out your blender and plug it in. Add into the blender the raw uncooked rolled oats, raw unsalted walnuts, fresh ground nutmeg, and fresh ground cinnamon.

Puree these dry ingredients together until they form a fine ground powder.

Next add in the vanilla yogurt, pineapple juice, crushed ice, and blueberries.

Blend all of these healthy ingredients together until your smoothie reaches a desired consistency.

Serve this smoothie in a tall glass, served with a long drinking straw.
