This creamy pineapple juice cocktail recipe was submitted to us by Maureen of Glen Ullin North Dakota. To start the recipe preparation process, please take out a cocktail shaker. Add into the vessel the fresh pineapple juice, Admiral Nelson spiced rum, pure coconut milk, Reese maraschino cherry syrup, apple juice, and fresh squeezed lime juice. Place a lid on the mixer, and rapidly shake the contents together until you have an even and creamy cocktail. Next take out a large drink glass, and fill it with the crushed ice. For the last step gradually pour the drink over the crushed ice. That concludes this cocktail recipe. On a side note, I should mention that this recipe will work great with white rum as well.
