Can I Make Pineapple Juice With A Blender?

Kerstin from Charlotte North Carolina would like to have the following question answered. She asked, can I make pineapple juice with a blender? The answer is no, you cannot make pineapple juice with a standard blender. To make pineapple juice, you will need a juice machine strong enough to extract the liquid from the very thick and pulpy pineapple fruit. If you try and make the juice with a blender, you will get a thick and pulpy concoction that would be impossible to drink as a standard juice. I am aware of certain blenders that can also work as a juicer as well, but my experience with these is that they are usually much less efficient than a standard juice machine, and will either not properly filter the juice, or they will leave leftover juice within the processed particles. My advice would be to buy a juicer, they are cheap and usually last for many years.
