Can I Make My Own Alcohol With Raw Pineapple Juice?

Tom from San Diego California would like to have the following question answered. Can I make my own alcohol with raw pineapple juice? The answer is yes, like any other raw fruit juices, pineapple juice will ferment for the production of homemade alcohol. The first recipe that comes to my mind is a Mexican delicacy called Tepache Agua Fresca, which consists of slightly fermented pineapple juice. I have also had pineapple juice wine, pineapple juice cider, pineapple juice beer, and even pineapple juice vodka. I am in the process of preparing all of these recipes for publishing here on the website, however the recipes are difficult to produce, and may require special equipment.
