Raspberry Pineapple Juice Punch

  • 12 Ounces Of Jell-O Raspberry Gelatin Dessert Mix
  • 3 Liters Of Schweppes Ginger Ale
  • 4 Cups Of Fine Ground White Sugar
  • 4 Cups Of Cold Mineral Water
  • 2 Cups Of Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

This punch recipe is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth a try. To begin take out a cooking pot, and place it on the oven over high heat.

Next bring four cups of mineral water to a boil. Once your water is at a rolling boil, add in the twelve ounces of Jell-O Raspberry Gelatin Dessert Mix and the fine ground white sugar.

Stir the ingredients until they are completely dissolved, then remove the pot from the burner and set it aside to cool.

Next take out a large punch bowl, and add in the Schweppes Ginger Ale, frozen pineapple juice concentrate, and the lemon juice.

Moving forward, once your boiled ingredients have completely cooled, pour them into the punch bowl.

Using a long wooden spoon, vigorously stir the ingredients together until the juice concentrate has completely dissolved, and you have an even colored mixture.

Lastly slide the punch bowl into the refrigerator to chill for two hours.
