This pineapple juice vanilla ice cream float recipe was submitted to us by Keith of Spanish Springs Nevada. To get started, please take out a large drinking mug. Next add in both scoops of vanilla ice cream. Moving along, next pour in your pineapple juice until the mug it topped off. For the finishing touches, sprinkle the fresh ground cinnamon and fresh ground nutmeg over the top of the ice cream. For a garnish, place a single Maraschino cherry on the top of the ice cream. This pineapple juice ice cream float is flexible in many ways, such as you can add Hershey's chocolate syrup to it, or mix your pineapple juice with papaya juice.
