  • 3 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Pinch Of Fresh Ground Cinnamon

To begin first you should take out a cocktail shaker. Add into the vessel the raw homemade pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk, crushed ice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, ground cayenne pepper, fresh mint leaves, and fresh ground cinnamon.

Next place a lid on the cocktail shaker, and then briskly toss the ingredients together until the elixir is well blended.

Serve it in a tall highball glass, and drink it slowly. It is important to note that for this elixir to work as an anti-inflammatory agent, you must use fresh made pineapple juice, as it will still contain the proteolytic enzyme bromelain, which will help to relax your blood vessels.

Also be sure that the pinch of cinnamon and cayenne pepper is very small, so that your elixir is still drinkable, and not too spicy.
