To get started please take out your juicer, and then give it a quick inspection to make sure it's dust and debris free. Next run your fresh produce under cold running tap water, and thoroughly clean them. Next take out a sharp kitchen knife and trim away the skin and tough inner core from the pineapple. You will want long thin pineapple strips that will fit nicely into your machine. Once your produce is prepared, plug in your machine, place a tall glass under the juice spout, and begin feeding your produce through it. Once your glass is full of juice, stir in the liquid bees honey until it fully dissolves.
