Preparation instruction

1
To start this recipe you will first need to take out a large sealable mixing bowl.
2
Next add in the pineapple juice, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic clove, dry sherry, ground red pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and finally the unique avocado oil. Moving forward, next take out a metal whisk and rapidly stir up all of these delicious ingredients until you have a smooth and evenly colored mixture, and all of your brown sugar has dissolved.
3
From here you will want to place a lid on the bowl, and slide it into the refrigerator to chill for one full hour. It's important to chill any marinade, as this helps to unlock all of those tasty hidden flavors, and it also will blend the mixture together better than regular stirring would do alone.
4
Once your hour as expired, take out your marinade and give it a couple of quick final stirs. You are now ready to take out a large freezer bag, and place all of your meat inside of it.
5
Once your meat of choice is firmly tucked away within the bag, pour in all of your marinade. If you are marinating poultry or seafood, let it soak for four to eight hours. If you are marinating beef, let it marinate for eight to twelve hours. Once your meat and marinade are within the bag, firmly seal it and place it in the refrigerator.
6
While you are marinating your meat be sure to flip the freezer bag over every couple of hours. Obviously your meat proportions will vary with each recipe, so do be sure to play with the ingredient proportions.
