Preparation instruction

1
To prepare this delicious Sake Teriyaki Pineapple Juice Marinade, you will first need to take out a medium size sealable mixing bowl.
2
Next add in the fresh pineapple juice, Hakutsuru Sake, Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Sauce, fresh grated peeled ginger, Lee Kum Kee Sweet Soy Sauce, brown sugar, Kikkoman Aji-Mirin Sweet Cooking Rice Wine, garlic powder, onion powder, and course black pepper.
3
Next take out a metal whisk and quickly whip all of the ingredients together, until you have an even and consistent marinade, and all of your brown sugar has dissolved.
4
Next place a tightly sealed lid over the bowl, and then place it in the refrigerator to chill for one hour.
5
Chilling your marinade is important, as it will unlock all of those delicious flavors, as well as blend the ingredients more thoroughly than mixing could.
6
Once the marinade has chilled for one hour, take it out and give it a few more quick stirs, just to make sure the ingredients are still well mixed.
7
Moving along, next take out a sealable freezer bag, and then place your meat inside of it.
8
Once the meat is firmly in place, pour all of the marinade in, and then seal the bag shut.
9
Lastly place the bag into the refrigerator to chill. For chicken, pork, turkey, and seafood, you will want to marinate for about four to six hours. For tough beef or steak, I like to marinate it overnight, or for eight to twelve hours.
