To begin first you will need to take out a sharp serrated kitchen knife.

Carefully trim the skin and center core from the pineapple.

Once your fruit is ready, you will want to take out your juicer and plug it in.

Place a tall glass under the juice spout, turn the machine on, and begin feeding the fresh cut pineapple through it.

Once all of the pineapple has been juiced, turn off your machine and give your juice a couple of quick stirs.

Moving along, next add into your glass the organic bees honey, Carnation sweetened condensed milk, and a dash of fresh ground nutmeg.
