Preparation Instructions:
To begin this recipe you will first need to take out your juicer and plug it in. If your machine has been stored away for a lengthy amount of time, inspect it quickly to make sure it's clean and sterile. Next thoroughly wash and rinse your pineapple under cool running tap water. Once the pineapple is clean, take out a sharp kitchen knife and remove the skin and hard inner core. Next cut the pineapple into long wedges small enough to fit into your juicer. Moving forward, wash and rinse your cranberries. Now that you are ready to begin juicing your fruit, place a tall glass under the juice spout, and begin feeding in all of the pineapple, followed by the cranberries. Depending on how fresh and moist your fruit is, you may want to adjust your proportions accordingly. Serve this juice fresh out of the juicer or chilled, poured over crushed ice and a fresh large mint sprig.
